Korean Jangheung Mushroom Dried Shiitake Mushroom Slices, Grade A 200g

We have many different sizes and this is the 200g SLICED shiitake mushrooms.
Dried shiitake mushrooms are a lot more popular than their fresh counterparts.
The first reason is because dried shiitake mushrooms are known to have more
umami flavor than fresh ones. Additionally, it is easier to access when the
dried ones are stored somewhere at home than going to the market constantly to
buy fresh shiitake. To rehydrate, it takes about 24 hours in cold water or a
couple waters in hot water. Once rehydrated, you can add the mushroom to your
recipe – the broth from the mushroom can be used (just make sure you discard
the gritty stuff at the bottom!)
